The Red Bull BC One Saudi Arabia 2025 brought the global breakdancing spotlight to Riyadh’s Sports Boulevard Foundation—an emerging cultural and recreational hub aligned with Vision 2030. The event drew top-tier athletes, DJs, crews, and an energized audience for a high-impact showdown that blended sport, music, and community expression.

Red Bull’s expectations were clear: zero downtime, zero noise disruptions, and perfect coordination across a tightly packed technical grid. Energia was trusted to deliver.

Scope of Work

Energia’s brief was precise. Supply 250 kW of uninterrupted power, optimized for live performance and production use, all within an open-venue setup in a dynamic urban zone.

What we delivered:

  • Diesel Generator Fleet: Sized and synchronized to handle lighting, sound, AV, stage gear, and backup systems.
  • Custom Cabling & Distribution: Load zones were separated to isolate high-draw stage tech from lighting and environmental controls.
  • Load Management Team: On-ground engineers worked in close coordination with Red Bull’s technical directors and vendors.

All units were positioned to minimize acoustic footprint—critical for a dance-driven event where audio quality mattered.

Live Performance Conditions

Dance events carry erratic power loads—lighting shifts, audio spikes, and high-consumption sound gear running simultaneously.

Energia installed buffered capacity with fast-ramp response, allowing for sudden peak draws without instability.

Urban Venue Constraints

Sports Boulevard is a high-traffic zone. Installation windows were limited. Cable routing had to avoid pedestrian paths, structural limits, and temporary installations.

Our team pre-planned routing and anchoring points to avoid delays and rework. All set-up was completed on schedule.
